60-second walkthrough
Use this page to inspect Nepsis without crossing the public/private boundary. The public MVP is deterministic and shows how a packet catches a constraint failure without public model calls; the private lane is invite-only for no-PHI evaluation and saved review.
1. Read the frame
Start with the object under test: what must stay true before an answer can be trusted.
2. Inspect RED
Look for the constraint, contradiction, or must-not-miss hazard that should stop premature closure.
3. Check the packet
Confirm the audit trail shows RED before BLUE, a STILL checkpoint, and no hidden public runtime state.
Jailing/JINGALL word puzzle
A model-like answer rewrites the governed token JINGALL into the familiar word JAILING. The packet should catch the hallucinated rewrite.
Back pain red-flag case
Radicular spasm is paired with saddle anesthesia and new bladder dysfunction. The packet should keep possible cauda equina in RED before benign-spasm closure.
